46 mountain cabin restaurants are perfect for filling up on your way to the summits and taking in great views of the nearby mountains!

Leisure hikers can enjoy hikes with great culinary stops along the way - fresh products from local farms are a great snack during your hikes or breakfast before your day on the trails.

Guided hikes

Our guided summer hiking programme runs from Monday to Friday and has plenty of hikes at every level of difficulty.

The Schatzberg and Markbach cable cars make it a breeze for hikers to make their way up the mountain. Guided hikes as well as use of these cable cars are included in the Hotel Talhof's summer rates.

Join us on a weekly guided hike to our Schafalm mountain hut and lake. Enjoy a delicious barbecue, boat rides, buggy rides, swimming and fishing.
