Typical for the Tyrolean hotel industry, this is a family run business. Two generations are at work here, and the third (the children) are experiencing the hotel business from the perspective of the guests! As is often the case with small family businesses, Franz Riedmann is on reception in the mornings and driving the pistenbully in the evenings, preparing both pistes (the hotel has its own ski lifts!) for the next day. In the meantime his wife Elfi manages the rest, and the kitchen would not be complete without Grandma Traudi, who built up the business together with Grandpa Sepp. Grandpa Sepp can be found in summer up on the high pastures with the sheep or managing the lifts in winter.
