The Riedmanns and the Talhof team
Typical for the Tyrolean hotel industry, this is a family run business. Two generations are at work here, and the third (the children) are experiencing the hotel business from the perspective of the guests! As is often the case with small family businesses, Franz Riedmann is on reception in the mornings and driving the pistenbully in the evenings, preparing both pistes (the hotel has its own ski lifts!) for the next day.
In the meantime his wife Elfi manages the rest, and the kitchen would not be complete without Grandma Traudi, who built up the business together with Grandpa Sepp. Grandpa Sepp can be found in summer up on the high pastures with the sheep or managing the lifts in winter.
Together with our caring staff, it gives us great pleasure making sure our guests are happy..then our mission is accomplished!
"Get here... and want to stay", that's how our guests summarise their holiday here. What's our recipe for success? Our philosophy is to give our guests as much freedom as possible. Freedom and space: plenty of space. Because we only have apartments. Not only practical for families with children or with grandma and grandpa, but for all those who don't want to do without their own kitchen. So you don't have to worry about restaurant opening hours or simply have a coffee in your pyjamas, or a glass of wine after a wonderful day, or cook your children's favourite meal.
And because we thought more about freedom, we installed a vending machine with nespresso capseln and diverse drinks. Plus for every apartment there is a cupboard with fresh towels. Free of charge. And should you need to wash your sweaty sports clothes or dirty kids stuff, a washing machine is available any time. And then there is the full hotel service. Including buffet breakfast and evening meals. Using regional products, prepared with love!
