Important information

From 15.00 to 19.00 we will be happy to welcome you personally at our reception for check-in. In the event that the apartment is ready for occupancy before this time, we will place your room key in an envelope with your name on it at reception. You are then welcome to move into your apartment without us and we look forward to a nice chat from 3.00 pm.

If you arrive after 7 p.m., we will also be happy to place your room key in an envelope at reception. In this case, please let us know by telephone before 7.00 pm what time it will be so that we do not forget to leave the entrance door to reception open for you.

Check out is possible from 08.00 to 10.00 a.m., or in case of early departure the day before from 3.00 to 7.00 p.m.

Dogs must be registered at the time of booking without exception.
Unfortunately, dogs that are not registered cannot be accommodated!
Your dog is also welcome to accompany you to our dining room for dinner and breakfast.
You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend to our Schafalm.

For dogs we charge a fee of 18,-/night.

Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the vacation, 75% of the travel price will be charged for later cancellations.

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the vacation, 75% of the tour price will be charged for later cancellations.

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the vacation, 75% of the tour price will be charged for later cancellations.

For all cancellations from 3 days before the start of the vacation, as well as for non-arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

If your booking confirmation specifies shorter-term options for free cancellation, the conditions of your booking confirmation apply.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We accept EC, Bank, Visa or Mastercard or advance bank transfers. We don’t accept Amex, Diners and Lufthans Cards.

Our hotel is step-free from the underground parking to the restaurant and all apartments. The exception is the 4th floor with penthouse, double room and apartment Sonnberg. If you should need a barrier-free accommodation, then you inquire absolutely before whether this is really possible.
