For your vacation in Wildschönau
From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we’d be happy to welcome you in person at our front desk for check-in. If the apartment is ready for you before then, we’ll place your room keys in an envelope with your name on it at our front desk. You’re welcome to check in on your own, and starting at 3:00 PM, we look forward to a nice chat with you.
If you arrive after 7:00 PM, we will also be happy to leave the room keys in an envelope at the front desk. In this case, please let us know by phone before 7:00 PM what time you expect to arrive so that we don’t forget to leave the front desk door open.
Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, or if you’re leaving early, you’re welcome to check out the day before between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Dogs must be registered at the time of booking without exception. Unfortunately, dogs that are not registered cannot be accommodated! Your dog is also welcome to accompany you to our dining room for dinner and breakfast. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend to our Schafalm.
For dogs we charge a fee of 25,-/night.
May to October
- free of charge up to one month before arrival
- one month to two weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- two weeks before arrival: 80% cancellation fee
- No-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee
December to April
- free of charge up to 2 months before arrival
- 2 months to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- two weeks before arrival: 80% cancellation fee
- No-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We accept EC, Bank, Visa or Mastercard or advance bank transfers.
We do not accept American Express or Lufthansa Miles & More cards.

Our hotel is step-free from the underground parking to the restaurant and all apartments. The exception is the 4th floor with penthouse, double room and apartment Sonnberg. If you should need a barrier-free accommodation, then you inquire absolutely before whether this is really possible.
